I was at the OWL liquor store earlier today, and after reading alot of these reviews, I feel compelled to share my opinion/feelings. I've been a satisfied/happy customer since I first started going there shortly after it opened. In fact, I haven't set foot in any OTHER liquor store since then. The store is always clean, neat, well organized and the owner (Ann) is friendly and helpful. She has even special ordered items for me and notified me just as soon as they arrived. Keep up the good work, Ann!

My daughter went in to pick up wine for me. She moved the bottles off the top to get to the case underneath. The worker jumped on her for "clanging bottles" and potentially breaking things. The store knows all about this mistake and pointed out the stains on the floor from such mistakes. My daughter was quite offended by the stores response. ... She left a review to which the store responded by shaming her and since she won't be back : problem solved. Obviously customers are not valued here. I will not bother them with my business. . . . Maybe clean the rug too?

Ignore the haters, Anne! You run a great establishment! I've never been in when you haven't offered help finding something. And your suggestions when I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for are always appreciated! Always a pleasure seeing you!
