I was gifted a basket that included a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino. The bottle of wine was received with the cork pushing through the lead foil cap and wine dripping down the side of the bottle. I contacted the store and after texting a photo of the bottle was told tht a replacement bottle would be shipped. After a couple of weeks the replacement hadn’t arrived so I called back. I was told the bottle would be sent out immediately and that I would receive the tracking number by 11:00 am the next day. That didn’t happen and it now appears that my number has been blocked.

I ordered a delivery for my boss for Thanksgiving, even paid for expedited delivery. A week later it still hasn't been delivered, but my card was sure charged. I have left massages and emailed with no response. Save your money or from a more reliable business!
