One of my regular stops, nice owner and staff. Decent selection of beer, wine and liquors for whatever occasion. If you can't find what you are looking for, then try Guilford liquors at 5th & Rhode Island Ave or Best One Liquors at 3rd and Florida ave NW NW. Certain varieties of items that one does not have, the other store does.

I'm so impressed by this place! As a guy who likes to buy odd liquors on a whim, I'm happy to have a store that I can actually walk around and fondle the bottles in, and amazed at their prices on "bulk"-size bottles and sale areas. Men at the counter are always very friendly, though to be honest I've never had to come to them with a complicated question or request.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I JUST purchased a Groupon for this place on Friday, went out of the way to visit this place and redeem it today (Monday) and they merely stated they're "no longer accepting" the Groupon, even though it was good for several more months. When I complained, the manager was very dismissive...saying the product I was purchasing was now more expensive and therefore, they won't accept the voucher. This place definitely won't be getting any more future business from me - if you sell a discounted deal, then honor the deal! If you don't want to honor the deal, then take the deal off the Groupon site. Seriously, don't waste your time here! There are plenty of liquor stores in the city, with nice owners who provide great customer service, but this is not one of them.

Relatively good selection, but inconsistent availability of certain products. Also, some of the employees have made strange remarks to me about being a woman who buys beer. I'd go somewhere else, but they have the best selection in the area.

While this liquor store has a decent, rotating craft beer selection, it is frequently the victim of poor and downright misleading price labeling. Outside of being generally overpriced (most are), beers are often labeled with the wrong price, or not at all, and those beers are unsurprisingly priced $3-5 more than the general market price when rang up. The staff, while generally nice, merely shrug when asked about it, or point at the register display. Its convenient location for Bloomingdale residents is sure to keep it a mainstay of the neighborhood, but I would gladly walk to a liquor store farther away that gave a care about its customers.
