The old fashioned that I ordered was good but tbh I was disappointed in the rather small size of the drink due to the price. The One Eight logo in the ice cube was an exceptionally nice touch until I got past the display tactic and realized the cube accounted for over half of the glasses volume… It’s just a shame that after the drink was made in a cocktail shaker most of it ended up going unused… I literally watched the bartender pour my drink in the glass with ice and then the excess into another that went untouched.

Not only do we love One Eight Distilling's spirits, services, and staff, but we also love partnering with them to power their distillery with solar energy! There's truly something for everyone - the District Made bourbon whiskey and rye are some of our personal favorites.

We really enjoyed our visit, drinks were great and the bartenders were fantastic! My only critique would be the seating. Adding a few high-top tables to the main area would be awesome

Amazing distillery and bar!!!! Mixologist took the time to explain us about the drinks in the menu, the new drinks to come and gave us a mini class on distilled drinks. Also best drinks in the city for just $12

We always keep a bottle of theirs on hand in our home, whether it is their smooth and flavorful gin (which we enjoy neat or with a G&T) or one of their whiskies (really enjoy their ryes and high proof/untitled expressions). We have also had the holiday bourbon which was the perfect drink for snowy days in front of the fire. Bottom line - we've never been disappointed with anything from this distillery and cannot recommend it enough!
