5 stars cause every employee is amazing except for the young boy that works there. He is always on his phone, he is not focused, and always seems confused. When you go to work, you work, not play on your phone. He was very young looking but unbelievably had a small mustache and beard, but if he’d shave that off, he would look about 12.

I am updating my previous review as a reply to your "response from owner" because your response contains inaccuracies. First, I have reexamined my receipt and nowhere on it does it state “Items not returnable.” In any case, this is something not seen by a customer until the transaction is complete. Second, I do not recall this policy stated in signage anywhere in proximity to the counter (or elsewhere.) Finally, you state that “…[this policy] doesn’t really need to be written anywhere like grocery…bc ppl [because people] don’t return or exchange booze and groceries.” I have been buying wine and spirits for nearly 50 years and have never had a problem exchanging a spirit – and I hasten to add that this is not something I do all the time – when what I am exchanging it for is of equal or greater value. And as far as groceries, all supermarkets that I have patronized not only will exchange but will also refund non-perishable groceries when brought back in a timely manner by the customer. I am pleased that you have been in business 20+ years and wish you continued prosperity, but will not again patronize your store until your policies change – and they should change. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I purchased a bottle of Malibu Bay Rum shortly before Thanksgiving. Once I got home, my wife reminded me that I had a bottle on hand. Shortly after Thanksgiving, I took it back - unopened of course - explained the situation to the clerk on duty and asked to please exchange it for a more expensive bottle of bourbon. The clerk refused to exchange it. I reminded the clerk that my exchange would make more money for their store than did the original purchase. The clerk still refused and gave a ridiculous response: "If I let you do that, then everyone would do it." Well, everyone does it now, as an exchange for greater gain is an accepted practice. Worse, this policy was not stated on my receipt nor did I find it posted anywhere in the store. I am a frequent purchaser of spirits, but will never again purchase from this store - and I ask all who read this to do likewise.

Great selection craft beers and liquors. Owners and staff are helpful and willing to check with their distributor of something you want is not in the store.
