I wish I could give 0 stars. On 9/29/22, staff closed the store 15 minutes early, told other customers and I that we needed to "hurry up". Huffed and puffed at us the entire time we were in the store & was very VERY rude when my card didn't go through the first time. the customer service is ABSOLUTE garbage and shocked me to say the least. I won't be going back specifically because of the staff.

I went into this liquor store. There was not one employee in sight for several minutes which felt like an hour with just standing at the counter. Finally a large white male appeared from an aisle and walked behind the end of the counter approx. 6 feet from the end of the counter I was standing. He did politely say while standing there, "Can I help you". I wasn't going to yell to him what I wanted and simply said when you walk over here I will tell you. He then said, "Get out". Shocked i said all i did was ask you to come over here. He then said, "Yea just get out". I then said this is poor customer service are you the owner? This man answered yes! Now I was shocked that an owner would treat a customer the way he is treating me. Through talking to many people in my neighborhood this "Owner, Chris Beste" has a reputation for being rude, ignorant, and telling people to leave his store. Several others I talked to advised that he has banned them from his store. I further found that Mr. Bese allegedly owns the whole shopping center. He doesn't really effect me with telling me to leave for I do not consume alcohol, I buy it from a local independent store owner to have at my home for when my friends and family come over. I will now just make all my purchases from Charlie's liquors . I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO FREQUENT THIS LOCATION FOR THE FACT THAT MR. BESTE IS A RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL BUSINESS MAN.

BEWARE old man with glasses behind the counter embarrassed and refused to serve me because I was on a business call on my phone. The rude man told me to get off my phone while I was checking out so I put in my AirPods and he says “nevermind, get out!” I was so confused and embarrassed in front of other customers at the store I said are you serious and he told me to never come back. Idk what this guys deal is but he’s done it to other people I know too idk why he’s always mad and ignorant but I never been treated like that at any lq store. As a business owner we will be going to Steve’s Lq up the street where they are always welcoming.

Good selection, great prices. I don't expect to be personally greeted everytime I walk into a store, especially if the clerks are busy dealing with other customers. If you need help with anything locked up in the cases staff are always friendly, and accommodating.

This is my go to place when I need a quick 6 pack. The prices are good, and the craft beer selection is much more than you would expect for a small place like this. No, they usually aren't very friendly, but they aren't unfriendly either.
