I visited the store today at 2:30 pm and bought a liquor, but the employee at the register was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him for Casamigos while pointing out the bottle I needed from the shelf behind him, but he specifically wanted me to say the word to him whether I needed a small, medium, or large bottle. Even though the bottles are not labeled that way, he ordered me to say it even though he knew exactly what I needed. I felt I was not welcome there. This store is owned by Montgomery County, and I am a Montgomery resident who pays taxes to the county. Employees at this store should do better to serve their customers. As for me, I will not be buying from this store again.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Made a purchase on March 13th, 2023. Only to come back that same exact day and being told I cannot be served just because. No explanation as to why just “because my manager said not too”. I’m not sure why I couldn’t be served when I had my I.D both occasions. I don’t want to make this a race thing but I shouldn’t be treated this way somewhere I came to spend my money. Do better!

bad service, rude no customer service is an afro american man. I arrive every week but give him customer service classes so he can improve.

Great liqour store. Spacious. I usually feel cramped in liq sto's. Good stock. Heavy traffic so excuse any lack of stock. 2 entrances and exits. Great to pass through and grab a bottle to pre game w/o feeling like you went out of your way.
