Good price on most items. Friendly staff. Convenient location, plenty of parking, huge parking lot, several other stores sharing the parking lot.

Super friendly staff, but........ Yesterday (9/20/21) @ 3:30 pm when I stopped in I didn't think too much when I walked in the store and could smell the worker's perfume as some people wear strong perfume or put way too much on. Annoying but not uncommon. What I wasn't expecting was when I got home and got my stuff out of the car it smelled like perfume in my garage. It was obviously not a scent my wife wears and was not immediately obvious to me that it was the same scent I smelled at the Blackfoot liquor store. When I walked in the house, same perfume. It took me half a minute to process it and walk back to where I sat down the brown paper bag. The brown paper bag reeked of perfume. I promptly took my whiskey and bottle of mead out of the tainted bag in an attempt to distance my merchandise from the smell. Much to my frustration the cardboard tube my whiskey came in smelled of her perfume and the bottle of mead also smelled very strongly of women's perfume. I'm sure it was not malicious and was a mistake, however........ As a whiskey aficionado I have something that I would like to impress upon you (the lady that is responsible for this and the rest of the world for that matter). We whiskey lovers, collectors, connoisseurs, whatever you want to call us do not appreciate perfumes and other strange scents or aromas, especially perfumes to be anywhere near our spirits. It taints them, it taints your taste and smell and is just downright offensive. I'm not sure what this lady's relationship with perfume is but,.... she obviously had perfume on her hands and everything she touched became heavily scented. NOT COOL! NOT SEXY! AND DEFINITELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Whoever you are, you might want to reexamine your perfume usage in light of working in a liquor store. Or for god's sake at a minimum after you splash or rub an excessive amount of it on, please, please WASH YOUR HANDS! I normally like to stop at the Blackfoot location because of the very friendly service and occasionally they have something that you can't find at other locations in SE Idaho. But because of yesterday's episode I probably won't be visiting that location anymore. I can't take that chance. More than 12 hours later the whiskey tube and bottle of mead still smell like perfume. :(
