Great selection, competitive prices, and friendly staff are what you can expect. These are the folks that take the time to smile, say hi when you walk in, and get to know you as a customer. What are your wants, what are your needs, special attention to these crucial details set you apart Main Street Beverage. Nevermind that you're the only game in town for spirits (that come bottled, anyways!): you guys have set the bar estimably high enough to cause any others to think it over twice or thrice and pack a mighty lunch if they intend to present any kind of actual competition! Thanks for the reliable and friendly atmosphere you keep. Cheers 🥂

The man that works at main street beverage in Emmett, ID., is continuously not selling to my husband!!!! Claiming that he is intoxicated when he IS NOT, my husband just worked a 16 hour shift in a very busy emergency room, went to buy an alcoholic beverage and was denied. It has happened 4 times now and I"m tired of it. The man that works for MSB also has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Not only because of his obvious dislike towards my husband, but in general. I've lived in Emmett for 20 years and the guy has always been "moody" and the customers and co workers are the the ones that get to deal with it!! I am certainly not the only one talking about it, the community has been sharing the same problems with this guys customer service issues for years! Most people have resigned to the fact that we just have to deal with his issues when we spend our hard earned money there. How does he stay employed there???? Is he the owner, or related to the owner?? I can guarantee, if another liquor store opened in Emmett, MSB wouldn't have the business they have, based solely on "the guy" that works there. I love the store there, we all do, it's just a shame we all have to put up with it, or go over the hill. I will probably be forced to after posting this, I'll probably never be allowed in there, but somebody has to stand up to him being a BULLY all the time!! :( :( :( It's just a shame for our community.
