We thoroughly enjoyed our evening cocktails. It was great to watch Eddie create each drink for the guests. The spirits were delightful. Eddie’s knowledge made this the perfect visit.

I was here pre-pandemic, and it was an awesome evening we still rave about! The still life/product photographer in me loved photographing all our drinks, including the whiskey flights We aren't really whiskey or hard alcohol drinkers, but our bartender was very friendly and patient, explaining the difference between the types of distilled spirits. She also indepthly answered questions about what my husband was looking to try. After inquiring about the distillery and asking questions about the process, even though it was late at night, we received a quick impromptu tour of the distillery area with one other couple, which I thought was incredibly xenial! We learned a lot that night, both about the distilling process, as well as the final spirits on the menu. I also loved the architecture of the historic industrial building the distillery is located in. Taking a walk to the restroom found me wondering how the walls were originally constructed before being remodeled.

Place is really cool! We stopped in for drinks, but unfortunately due to current covid restrictions there was no indoor seating. Owner was super cool & let us sample a couple of the spirits we were interested in and gave us info on each. Bought a bottle of their rum and the 4 month aged bourbon. The young rested bourbon was amazing! Full of flavor and you can taste the oak. We'll be back! Coming for that Absinthe next!

Just wow!!! We came to try a different distillery, but we got soooooo much more. The tour guide, in addition to talking about the processes at the premises, gave a long, and detailed, account of the history of whiskey (and other liquors) in the USA. It was so fascinating and inspiring - this by far is one, if not the, best distillery tours I've been on... Not to mention the dozen spirits you get to sample at the end of the tour... Can't wait to come back..

Went for a tour here recently with the owner and it was lovely. This place has the vibe of a quaint, small-town distillery that's focused on making extremely high-quality (but affordable) liquors. The tour was extremely detailed and the owner didn't mind going over time to answer questions and provide more information, so definitely budget for ~2 hours to take the tour, have the tastings, and chat. To address what I saw another reviewer mention about the owner being rude over the phone: I can't imagine him ever being straight-up rude (he's super friendly), but he was the only employee in the store during our tour, so I can see him wanting to keep any phone calls short while he's simultaneously juggling tours and chatting with the patrons in the store. The vibe in the store was never frazzled and we always felt like we had his full attention, so it seems like he's making the right trade-offs. Would absolutely recommend this tour, not just for the owner and the education, but also for the high quality of the liquors you'll get to try.
