amazing customer service! I called and was able to reserve 2 bottles of wine that I had been searching for and had trouble finding elsewhere. Not only did they go out of their way and hold them all weekend, they also held them an extra day without question. They were so helpful and went above and beyond, few businesses care about their customers as much as galleria.

Articulate and extremely knowledgeable staff less by Adv. Sommelier and Consultant. Mr S. Trotman. You csn ask any question and you'll be guaranteed a professional accomodating answer. No wives tales. A little over over priced but opened till late. It's worth it.

Terrible customer service. Came here with my wife and they were just rude to us. We did absolutely nothing to deserve being spoken to the way we were. I will not return. I suggest you go elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE. I never write reviews on places, but I need to warn people. My friends and I stopped in there last night and were verbally attacked. The owners were screaming political slurs at us, for no apparent reason. We paid for a couple cases of beer and then they decided they weren’t going to give us them. Yes, after we paid for them, they took them back and put them under the counter. It seems like they are drinking on the job. The behavior was obscene and ruthless. I have no idea how they are still operating.

Why does it say “liquors” on the storefront instead of “liqueurs” like it does on google maps?
