This place is complete trash. First it's dirty. Second watch what they charge. It will be double what you purchase if it's liquor. A fifth is charged as a handle. Gross people checking you out

No regard for customer's money. I frequent the (wonderful) nail salon next to this scammy little liquor store, had an appointment this evening, and realized I had no cash for a tip. I knew there was an ATM in the liquor store, so I went in with the intent of getting a 20, and then buying a shooter to get small bills as change. I enter the store, the woman behind the counter is not wearing a mask and makes no attempt to put one on. I get my cash, then go up to the shooter section and see little Crown Royals - sign says $1.59. I take two of them to the counter, she rings me up, I hand her my 20, she gives me $11 change. I ask for a receipt because that doesn't seem quite right. She does not attempt to give me a receipt. She laughs at me a little for thinking the crown royal shooters were $1.59, because if you look at the tag that's posted on the basket *full entirely of crown royal* (so they're not misshelved) it says Captain Morgan. Sure, yes, i say, but then why is the whole basket full of crown royal with no visible price on it? I stand there looking for anything that says crown royal to see if there's any way that the price is posted. I don't see it. She continues laughing at me for thinking that was the price. A large sign says "absolutely no refunds." She has made no attempt to put on a mask at any point. I return to the ATM to get more cash for my tip, saying over my shoulder "you might want to post the price of those so people can see how much they are before buying them." She says "but it's obviously for the Captain Morgan." No Captain Morgan is located in the basket in question. Yes, I clearly erred in not reading the written product on the price tag and only looking at the number. But I think it's thoroughly scammy to put a wildly different priced product in a bin with the wrong tag, make no attempt to change the tag, make no attempt to even apologize to a customer who makes it clear that they bought it under the assumption that the tag was correct, refuses to wear a mask despite it literally being the law in this area, and makes no attempt to fix the price tag after the error was clearly pointed out. Furthermore, I see quite a lot of reviews now that I'm looking which involve change being given incorrectly and other scammy behavior. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else for your liquor if you value your money and your good mood.

Waaaaay overpriced! I buy Monaco cocktails that are two for $5 everywhere. I'm talking gas stations, grocery stores, and liquor stores. This place is $3.89 each. $1.39 per can extra. Also bought a pack of smokes for a dollar more than I usually pay.

I walked in, lady greets me by saying, “banks are very greedy... very very greedy. Especially Bank of America and Chase bank you know.” I agree and smile. $27 bottle of bourbon is unmarked on the shelf, I ask how much, she offers to scan it, scans it and tells me, “50 dollars”. Whoa, almost double retail? I said, you probably shouldn’t be talking about how greedy the banks are if you’re selling for 2x retail. She told me to go shop somewhere else. Well, duh 😳 Awful. I very rarely leave reviews, but Discount Liquors is a special kind of terrible. Steer clear of this place.
