I go there for not only the prices and great selection, but the people that work there are awesome. The night crew are always nice and helpful. Liz, that works during the day is just as awesome. She is always nice to everyone. Shes helpful as well.

I was here for the 1st time 4/17/21. Walked in with two other female friends, immediately strange looks emerged from the woman behind the counter. We processed to collect the items we wanted to purchase and moved to the register to check out. If energy could talk, it would have said "You are not welcome here". Against my better judgement, we stayed. I purchased $180+ worth of items. No one ever spoke or greeted us. When I asked for a price check on one of the items, the female behind the counter responded as if it was painful or problematic. I asked how much a carton at this store was, the woman behind the carton said it would be the price of a pack times 10. (Interesting! One of the main reasons for buying in bulk is the savings). Many stores in IN sell cartons of cigarettes at a "carton price". Not here, she charged me for 10 individual packs. I paid for my items and left the store. No "thank you", no smile, and as for me - no desire to EVER return. While in the parking lot, I noticed the incoming traffic to this store and I'm amazed that people patronize a business that operates in such a rude and unprofessional way. Cask N Cellar NEVER has to respond to this post. Lesson learned!
