Closes store at 20 minutes before time. Lights off security and staff inside in the dark. Door unlocked only for them to say we are close.

I am a bourbon collector. I buy and drink my bourbon. Like all collectors, I visit multiple stores looking for rare and tasty bourbons at decent prices. This store runs a bourbon museum. They charge full secondary if not more for rare bottles. No shame in fleecing their customers. I have been to this store a few times and I have purchased several regular priced bottles to support a small store. That's in spite of it being a rip off store. I normally never write reviews, but my experience was so poor today that this owner deserves it. I have only bought one bottle from his museum for close to MSRP, but I usually do not get past asking for the price. He had a Parker's Heritage for $699 Today! Ridiculous for most human beings. Anyway, his associate was helping me and he told him to leave the bottle in the museum and said something in Hindu and they both were smirking! I'm an immigrant myself and that is rude as hell! I felt bad. Extremely unappreciative for what I have bought there. it doesn't cost him anything to give me prices. I do have money and would buy more if he wasnt a greedy clerk. I confronted him about being rude to customers and he made up a fake excuse and shruged me off. That's my last time there. I would have just left and nothing would of came of it if he wasn’t rude AF! I have $700 Sir, but you're not getting it. I'm not a sucker. Edit: The store put up a generic “call us” response. He’s trying to save face. I’m not interested and I’m not buying it. The owner showed no remorse for how he treated me when I confronted him at the store. He buzzed me off when I tried approaching him. I hope the bourbon bubble bursts and people like these are passed up for better stores that treat their customers with respect and sell their products at a fair price.

Friendly employees and fair prices

The store looks nice and they have what you want. The previous staff was cool and helpful. However, the register guy that's in there during the next night hours has horrible customer service. He will ruin your experience, if you ask a question he will act like your not talking to him, if he doesn't know what you are talking about he will say they don't have it when they do. He has no small talk. He is literally pushing you out the door. I stop going to this store because of him. He clearly hates his job. I wish I could video tape my experience just to show this guy's bad customer service and send it to the owner. Don't go to this store on this guy's shift.
