Going Down hill! not sure how this place stays open for Business.

Not sure when this place changed hands and went into a nosedive but stopped in yesterday to find a very dingy store with nothing on the shelves. Probably getting ready to close down. Too bad, the House of Bottles name has been a staple in Rockford for decades.
