I've been to this store many times and the service has always been good to great. Therefore I'm apologizing for not expressing those sentiment before now. However today, was completely a different experience. The cashier couldn't wait on her customers properly for talking on the phone. She made an error while processing a transaction and shouted out a not so nice word several times. Needless to say I won't be back.

The store manager, Carmen is NOT a customer-friendly employee. This store had GREAT pricing on my husband's favorite beer, and after 10 months of purchasing it (3-4 cases/week) SHE worked tirelessly to have the price raised (almost double). Needless to say, we take our money elsewhere. It may not break their establishment, but they're not getting our $50-$70/week anymore.

Customer service is awful. A bunch of females sitting around in their mobile phones. When you ask a question about a product or an event they give zero information. It’s like talking to a wall. Serve the CUSTOMER! Don’t take an attitude lazy or otherwise.

It's ok until there's an issue and every single time you call for the last 2 weeks all of a sudden the manager is never around....how convenient. That was my 1st & last time going to that location.

Went in today and purchased 4 Monaco's and a pack of cigarettes the purchase came to $28.00, I wasn't thinking but that was really high. The young man said he would take me and he had a counter full of beer he was stocking, so while ringing up my order he put the beer he was stocking in my bag also, so they got me today never again. Pay attention to what you are doing, or don't assist another customer till you are done with your work. Not very professional 😡
