Customer service just wasn’t there. The guy with the long ponytail acted as if he was irritated by me asking for multiple items to purchase. He wasn’t friendly at all he was more stand off-ish and as I were asking for items he would huff like he were annoyed and telling me to hurry up without saying so. I also asked if I could enter my phone number for rewards in which I’m guessing he didn’t hear me. When I did ask he said it was too late. I told him he didn’t even ask if I wanted to enter my number and he stated, “I wasn’t suppose to ask you anything, that’s your job.” Then rolled his eyes. Which was quite rude and tasteless to say and do. Not saying it’s his fault just saying maybe I would have remembered if I didn’t have to feel so rushed. I also had to ask for a receipt and he acted annoyed by me asking for a receipt in which he should have offered anyway due to someone purchasing items. Long story short I spent $240+ and got customer service that I wouldn’t asked for out of a cereal box. The other guy was nice tho.

Rude and abusive manager- I want to know why any company would tolerate a manager who creates a hostile work environment and mistreats their employees. Furthermore, I would like to know why this isn't something that is taken seriously or investigated. This is a tough time for employers and it's hard to get people in, so why would you be so quick to push people out the door, not provide the proper support and training and continue to allow a manager stay on staff that clearly doesn't have the proper tools to be a leader and mentor.

Rude manager. I was pulling a trailer and there's nowhere else to park because the manager has his truck blocking where I could park. Comes out and tells me I have to move when all I wanted to do was Run in real quick and grab some beer. There was literally five other parking spot still open. I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do so also.
