They didn't want to sell me a DIET COKE because I didn't have a "valid ID " with me although I showed them my interim drivers license. I strongly believe that it was because I'm latino. First time that a white person receive me on this place, first time I got a bad look.

Small store with a Huge Variety of liquor in all sorts. The Customer Service is VERY polite and accurate. Whenever I'm on this side of town. I make it possible to stop in.

Typically have great service. But, tonight gentleman working clapped his hands to get my attention to yell at me 5 more minutes. Well, at 15min to 8pm why are you closing early. My last time shopping here. City Wide has been my new favorite since they opened. Guess they will get all my money now.

worst customer service I've ever had. The curly headed rude lady, who's apparently the manager, couldn't handle a simple task like returning a phone call to a customer who had a problem with a rented tap from their store. Her customer service is far worse than sub par, her reasoning was like that of a smile child's who was instantly rude and defensive and was anything but helpful. She can't manage a store. She couldn't manage a bowl of jello. My attitude reflected hers. She was rude so I was rude back. I still have the keg. I want my money back. She told me not to come back so I guess I'll just leave a rating and comment until someone calls me back.
