Good selection of whiskey at this location. They have a couple barrell picks and store picks which is nice. I come in here looking every now and then and the people working are always helpful. Really wish they had some of the harder to find bourbons but overall pretty good selection.

Used to be that I could go into the Payless on the West side of Zionsville and get help finding a specific product but that seems to have changed. The guy working today, 12-21-22 when asked about something I have bought there many times previously stated "sorry, can't help you" before I even finished my question. This was after I'd already spent several minutes looking for the product without him bothering to ask if I needed any assistance. Luckily the people at Crown Liquors were in a more helpful mood and they didn't appear to be to busy screwing around on their phones to take my money.

I’ve had some bad liquor store experiences, and this takes the cake as the worst. The lady working the register couldn’t have been more rude. Looked at me disgusted when I walked up, make multiple rude comments, and then assumed I was buying alcohol for minors simply because I asked for my receipt (ugh sorry I keep track of my finances). Pathetic staff, liquor selection was okay but just 0/5 experience overall. Update Feb. ‘23. The prices still are the worst I’ve ever seen for a liquor store. Don’t go here. Have some Self respect.

PayMORE and rude staff! I've been coming here for a while and hadn't had any issues, but new staff today and all new prices! 31$ for two 6 packs (3 floyds brewing). When I politely inquired if the pricing was correct, staff was rude. Also, it doesn't take 3 cashiers on a Monday evening, maybe that's why your prices are so high now.

Rolled into the Whitestown location on Monday October 3 at 9:48pm for 1 item, supposedly during business hours, employee was holding the door for two people leaving, told me they were closed. When I said they’re supposed to be open till 10pm, he said “take it up with corporate.” Lazy and rude.
