Nice people, lots of variety except they never have 12 packs of raspberry or watermelon white claws

One of my favorite liquor stores in town. Shelves are always full and they have a great selection. Staff is very friendly and service is quick. Place is also very clean and easily accessible. They also have lotto on site and accept debit for lotto which makes things easier. Nice quick stop after work.

The current store manager has been rude my past two trips. Both on the phone, due to the curbside delivery ordinance and in person. She referred to me as the "Black guy" and made a mistake on my order by sending the wrong package out with the "runner". When I was able to gain her attention, from my car, and mention the mistake she got visually upset and stormed inside the building. When she returned she criticized the purchase that I was making and expressed her disapproval with me shopping at the establishment before handing over my purchase. Upon inspection of my purchase it appeared that she had purposely damaged it, as this was a purchase that I had made on numerous other occasions with no problems. When I walked to the door to confront her she would not come speak with me. By this time I had had "enough" of my experience at the store and left the damaged goods in front of the door for someone to collect. I have been shopping at this sore for over 6 years and have never had anything but positive experiences with previous employees and management. If you are looking for a place that will at least respect you as customer and treat you with courtesy please consider shopping somewhere else before you spend your money here. Also on a side note not one employee had a mask or gloves on and also could not be seen doing any sanitation between transactions. They are walking up to customers vehicles and speaking to them in very close proximity face to face with zero social distancing being practiced. The same employees are handling peoples identification cards and money jumping car to car, going in and out of the building etc...

They're trying to do curbside orders since liquor stores are not considered essential businesses right now. That would be awesome, except they have apparently decided that customer service is also non-essential. I called to place an order but I asked for help because I couldn't remember the name of the brand I wanted. I knew it was a local brand so that shouldn't have taken too much time to figure out. But the woman snapped at me and said "I'm too busy to educate you about gins right now." Wow. I didn't ask you to educate me about gins. I just wanted you to give me a couple options. I understand that it's difficult to be a non-essential retail business right now. I work for one and it's s super stressful way to do business! But it's difficult for consumers as well. They can't see what you have in your store. And you basically telling customers to go away is a great way to ensure you won't open your doors again. Big Red Liquors down the road has an online store and their employees are pleasant and helpful. I recommend going there.

I used to actually look forward to going in this store. It was clean, bright, well stocked and the people were wonderful - even friends. ALL of that is gone now. A complete 180. It's dark, dirty, depressing and managed by someone who, when she can lift her face from her phone, will at least call you Darlin' if you're into that. I'm done with this place. Thank God for Target, their good people, clean bright store and their way lower prices. Avoid this cave at all cost.
