Love the hometown vibe so much we became Bourbon Club members. Ashley is the friendliest bartender in the business. She is like a member of our family now. Kyle, the owner, always makes time to visit with us. He is a good man who is passionate about his business, his team and his community. Our company had a Mixology class at IDC and Ashley, Keeli and Anna made us all feel welcome and made sure everyone had fun. It was a blast! We love being a part of the IDC community. Come for the spirits, stay for the live music, food trucks and fellowship. 5 stars!

I was driving threw and looked up distilleries near Des Moines Iowa. I am very pleased with my time there. I bought a bottle of bourbon and a bottle of their moonshine.

The Rocket Fuel is amazing. It may be a tad "hot" for most people, and I don't know how they did it, but it is very drinkable neat, especially at 151 proof. And it's very affordable, I just wish it were available at more stores than Hy-Vee. Trust me though, I will go out of my way to get a hold of it, and I recommend you do too.

Wonderful spirits! The decor and ambience is rustic and utilitarian. The menu is creative yet classic. The service is wonderful and the prices are just right. I highly recommend the Old Fashioned. Enjoy!

This place is amazing! Great service even when the place is packed. Clean facility. Lots of good drinks. My favorite is the "Just Peachy" I recommend the "fuzzy fire" the Carmel appeltini and pretty much everything else on their menu. This has become my go-to place to spend a good night out.
