I purchased a case of Limited Edition Budweiser cans tonight. The advertised price on the cooler was $21.99. When I went to pay, the price that rang up was $22.99. When I questioned the price, the cashier said that it couldn’t be adjusted even though the advertised price was different. He said only “Missie” had the authority to change the price and he would give me the $1 out of his own pocket, which I refused. It’s not about the money. I’m disappointed that the employees aren’t empowered to give a discount to honor the posted price. I’ve purchased a lot of alcohol from Missie’s over the years but this has rubbed me the wrong way. Not sure I’ll be back.

Just left here and wouldn’t recommend going if you look for a business to honor the prices on the shelf or take responsibility for their mistakes. I bought a bottle of Parrot Bay Rum and realized after my card was ran that the price was increased by $5. The cashier came with me to check the shelf and saw that it was labeled $12.99 and not the $17.99 it ring up. There a bunch of other bottles in that $17.99 spot. As he attempted to refund me the difference he was unable to and called another cashier and this cashier offered me a $1.17 (give or take the change) refund. When it was re-explained to him he expressed he could only credit me a portion. I asked to speak with someone who could honor that price and he repeated he was not able to. I asked to speak with a manager of which he said was not going to be available until Monday. I don’t know why he didn’t just make a call to clear this up, since I was clearly overcharged however I will call on Monday to speak with a Manager and see if the customer service is any better. I did give 2 stars instead of one because they did have the wine I came looking for which is a plus.🙏🏼

After today, I will definitely start shopping here more often. The customer service is outstanding now!! Colton was the most helpful, knowledgeable and honest employee I have dealt with in a long time. Kudos!! 🍻

I don't drink, but I had to buy a gift. They employees were helpful with their bourbon selection.

I'd like them even more if they sold Austin's East Cider original by itself instead of solely with the variety pack though. I have to go elsewhere for those.
