I absolutely LOVE this place!! They have such a wide variety and selection it's not even funny! Most of the people are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. One of the managers, Blain is absolutely awesome!! Thanks to his help, this is my new FAVORITE Bloody Mary!!

Check out their classes. They run about $20 each and are well worth it.

Total Wine is a place that I will go to to find great, hard-to-find craft beer, unusual spirits, and great staff assistance. I know, it's a franchise, but the Eagan store has great people who work there, very helpful. I do love their walk-in craft beer cooler, as well as the many single bottle craft beer options. I don't go there to buy a case of Michelob Light, but rather to find good local and national craft beer Tandoor bottled options. I also love the sake and shochu options here. Unique in the South Metro, before I have to go all the way into Surdyk's in Downtown Minneapolis to find a selection like at Total Wine. It's worth the trip just to see all they have to offer! Often there are free samples, as well.

Just picked up from this location, and had a very unfortunate experience. I walked over to the pickup area and no one was there. I noticed a sign that said press here for assistance, so I pressed the button I saw that was under the sign. I proceeded to sit there for 5-10mins scrolling through my phone. Eventually an employee made their way to me and I said that I had a pickup and that I had been waiting for a while, because I wasn't even sure if they were there with the intention of helping me. They asked did you press this button? To which I replied yes, because I figured that was the button I needed to press. The employee was very short with me and just grunted that that was the button to cancel the call for help. I figured it was an honest mistake but they made me feel really stupid for it instead of just lauguing it off and helping me with my order (which is how I would've handled the situation). I wasn't even sure if they were going to help me at that point so I then proceeded to press the correct button directly next to the button I had pressed and the employee begrudgingly helped me with my order.

I love shopping here great prices. Fast service and these people know there select well. I picked up a chestnut single barrel bottle great burbon !!
