Very good store. Very knowledgeable people and always ready with a suggestion. One of my favorite things about Total is the vast selection. I also like that you can try so many wines before you buy. Beer is similar; you can buy just one can to try it before you buy a whole multi-pack.

My first time here. I came on Saturday, 11/21/20. This store is huge! I love ciders, so a lot of pictures are of ciders. Plastic dividers at each checkout lane, many checkouts open. They even have a rewards program. Employees were friendly and helpful when I asked a question. Clean store. I liked the singles I could buy of ciders. They also have singles of beets as well!

We live in monticello but come all the way here for drink. They got a whole lots of everything u can’t find in a regular liquor store. The employees r also helpful to find anything u looking for. Whatever u looking for, they got it guaranteed.

I’ve been using the pick up at MG Total Wine for over a year. The quality of service has been at best spotty. Last time it took 20 mins to get the order pushed out the door while I was the only person at the pick up area. But yesterday I actually went in the store for the first time to buy wine for a holiday event. My wine came up at the wrong price at checkout and wasn’t even the wine that was scanned. The cashier fumbled with her earpiece and tried to get someone to do a price check but no one replied to her requests. The line was long with customers waiting behind me. I finally left without my wine as nobody would help with the problem but before I left I walked beck and took the price ticket off the wine shelf to show the cashier that I was right. Being right still didn’t solve the issue, instead she ignored me. When shopping at TW I suggest that customers check the price of the wine as it is scanned. I won’t be back. I stopped at a nearby retailer on the way home and bought similar wine for much less.

When searching for the right wine I always have knowledgeable help. Same when looking for a smooth bourbon. Cashier's are always friendly.
