The treatment from the moment you enter until the time of paying was my good... I bought a PAMA to make a Boricua-style mojito🇵🇷💃😍 I found everything even the bottle with the measurement and drawing. As a mojito... I found everything at very good prices... 💪 Capita rum but I was looking for Bacardi from PR and had from Cuba 👈 I would like someone who speaks Spanish to work at the checkout... The cashier girl wanted to say something. And when she said that she didn't speak English..🤷‍♀️. she didn't speak to me anymore... I told her that she could use my cell phone to translate...🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ and she looked confused... but it was a good visit... at very good prices💪🇵🇷😘🥳

Always amazed at Total Wine and the large variety they have of liquor not just wine. I always find something odd, unusual, or unique that becomes one of my favorites. They usually give out samples, yes, liquor samples. I find the prices more competitive than any other liquor store around in the area. Generally a nice clean store that is laid out well and easy to navigate with good signage. Always pleasant staff willing to talk to you or answer your questions. Always a good experience at Total Wine.

I just turned 21 today and decided that I would like to try alcohol and I heard that total wine has very low prices so I decided to come here. My girlfriend who is not 21 was spending the day with me. We were walking through the store and were talking with a team member who gave very good recommendations on different liquor to try. She was extremely helpful and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. When we went to checkout we went to the only open register. Of course the cashier asked for my ID which I happily provided with the DMV papers because I was purchasing. They then asked my girlfriend for her ID which of course she did not have. The cashier was then extremely rude and said “well then I cannot sell to you, it’s as easy as that” while snatching my basket away. This level of rudeness was extremely uncalled for. Neither of us are aware of any laws or store policies surrounding alcohol purchasing. I completely understand if those policies are in place and a simple and kind explanation of these policies would have been more than sufficient to explain that nobody under 21 can be in the store.

Howie, Blake, and Lindsay (Cashier #7 4:00 Friday 12/23) were all fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. TW has become a part of our Christmas tradition because they sell individual beer/cider cans/bottles. The staff are always so helpful. The store is clean and roomy so even though you know by the parking lot it's crazy busy you can still move around.

I enjoy coming here. It has EVERYTHING you could ever dream of, and it's reasonably priced. Steve was AMAZING, I hope you allow him to assist you. Staff is always willing to chat and help out. I'm so glad I'm no longer 21 because they are very strict and have a whole system for 21 year old's which was stressful but it makes sense. Please stop by if you are in need of alcoholic beverages!
