I had been meaning to check this place out and I'm glad I did! This is a great location in downtown Hudson with views of the river and plenty of parking. Inside is cool too, with a smaller private area upstairs. I had a couple cocktails, my favorite being the Beer Can Island Iced Tea (pictured with the martini). We also had some chips and creamy corn dip which was unexpectedly good too!

Gorgeous spot for delicious cocktails! The mixologist, Eric, has created an extensive menu of craft cocktails that dance on your tongue! He’ll take the time to determine your preferences and make recommendations or special drinks that aren’t on the menu! Also dog friendly - inside & out! Thanks for the lovely visit!

Stopped by out of curiosity and found it to be a very comfortable and welcoming place. I had a flight with as did my friend. They have created a variety of quality spirits that suits many tastes. I was able to taste six different things, all neat. The equipment was fascinating, having some distillation experience, it took me some time to understand everything I was looking at. There is a lot going on in the columns because they are set up to be properly configured for different spirits. I appreciated all of the engineering here. I thought the gin has a wonderful nose and freshness. So much so that made me feel my ‘usual go to’ gin now seems little flat and artificial. The barrel aged gin is a little softer, and probably more approachable to folks who are not gin aficionados, or who never experienced a quality gin. Either gin would make a great martini or gin and tonic, and were quite enjoyable neat. The bourbon is amazing. There is just enough rye in the mash bill to make it complex with just a bit of the rye pepper. The aging is well done, vanilla hit my nose first, and has the sweetness of a good bourbon. These are solid heart cuts, and a very well done bourbon. I left with a bottle of the barrel aged gin to enjoy at home, and will be coming back for the bourbon when is available off sale. The location has easy access to I94 to make it a quick stop as you drive through, and just far enough out of the Twin Cities metro to feel like you have full escaped.

Delicious drinks! Solid Old Fashioned and a selection of more exotic drinks. Not a huge food menu but I'm not here to eat.

Omg I don't know where to start! To keep it sweet and simple! I had the cosmopolitan martini- no words to even explain how amazing this cocktail is. You can just taste the unique ingredients they make for their cocktails! Fiancé had the lucky old fashioned- he loved it as well! You could literally taste the quality in the cocktails! Def stop in for 1! Highly recommend!
