I have frequented this store a lot this last month and always had a pleasant experience. I went in tonight around 8:30 sat night, got my selections and waited, the lady manager came up due to the fella in front of me chit chatting for a bit. She immediately asked for my id and my nieces who had drove me there (the lady didn’t ask how I was or act nice at all I felt she was annoyed it was close to closing time and did not like being interrupted) I told her I had my id and I was buying the liquor my niece had only driven me and I thought she was legally allowed in the store with me (which says so on the door) The women asked if she was my daughter and I said no she responded that she would not sell to me. When I asked why, she said it was her policy, NOT store policy HERS, that she needed to see everyone’s id that entered the store I was bewildered I asked if that’s the law and why I was allowed on many other occasions to bring her with me she said she would speak to her employees but it was her personal policy. I am the legal guardian of my niece and I did not want to leave her in the car this manager was rude and just wanted us out of the store to make her night easier she told em many times to go up to the other store and buy from them which I did I will not be purchasing anything from top ten again and I will encourage my friends not to aswell, I’ve seen MULTIPLE reviews of the same complain about the same lady manager how many more complaints will there be until they are fired?? top ten do better your losing customers because of that person and there so called own “policy”
