Loved this distillery! Great bourbons. Try the flight. Loved the Smoked Mary, New Old Fashioned and Bourbon Sour. Unique fun setting!

Super neat distillery in a lovely small town. All whiskeys and bourbons were top class. The drinks were mixed to perfection. Located right off the Main Street. Owner and service was top quality. Highly recommend making a stop in the area to support a local distiller!

Excellent whiskey, and an even better story behind the distillery. The owner Christian gives a great tour with a wonderful explanation of the distillation process, but even better is how involved in every part of the process and the deep thought and care that goes into everything. I won't spoil the surprises by putting too many details in; it's worth the drive to check it out. The pink sparkler cocktail was my favorite, and the Barrel Roll rye was my preferred whiskey. Buy a sweatshirt while you are there, then head over to Caledonia for a burger at Elsie's.

What a fantastic experience. Christian and Kate are so knowledgeable and talented at what they do! Amazing mixed drinks from Kate, and top shelf bourbon and rye whiskey from Christian who farms the grain, determines the mash bill distills and ages a broad offering of amazing bourbon and rye labels. They are well rooted in this place, with grandparents on the labels, reclaimed barn wood on the wall, housed in the old creamery. What a jewel of a really great town, Spring Grove, but also, this is an accomplished, talented, curious distiller, able to compete with most of the bourbons you have heard of. This stop made our day and lighted the wallet as we couldn't leave without a few bottles to take home. Thank you RockFilter!
