Friendliest staff around! Always helpful and full of suggestions! The store is clean and always stocked and recently installed a growler bar.

I walked into the store and realized that I required a mask so I asked for the store to give me one at the front counter. Then I realized it was pointless to use the mask if they didn't have the product I wanted because then I could just leave the store and they could save a mask for someone else who might buy something. The lady at the front counter was nice and understanding but the gentleman sitting in the back who apparently owns the business let his fear and irrational emotions control him and he became angry because I didn't want to put on the mask if they didn't have the product I wanted and he didn't let me explain that I could just leave the store I understand that businesses right now that don't require you to wear a mask or don't enforce the mask law could be fine $500. While I understand that, it is a waste of a mask on me if I'm not going to buy anything. He didn't allow me to ask if they had what I was looking for, he wasted my time arguing with me and getting more and more aggressive with anger. For someone who owns a business his customer service was shoddy and horrible. Covid-19 isn't going away regardless if we wear masks or not. It is going to be like the Flu where every year we're going to require a shot in order for us not to get it. People like this gentleman who own this business allowing their fear and irrational behavior to control them cause people like me to not want to continue to shop there. Honestly he overreacted and he won't get my business anymore. And the saddest part about all this is that should mean something but it doesn't because he's not worried about one person. This is the problem with businesses today is that nobody matters as long as you make the quota. The point of all this is that all of you need to chill the f*** out. You need to stop letting your fear and your anger over this entire situation, which mind you is never going away, control you. There are polite ways to react to people and there are impolite and rude ways. COVD19 isn't going away so don't let the fear of it control you.
