Came here to pick up one of my favorite rums. The Flor de Caña 18 yo is an excellent rum. Saw the Ron Zacapa XO for a great price and picked it up as well.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. Ordered 2 sandwiches and waited over 40 minutes to get them. It was lunch time and they were busy but people were processing through. At about 20 min I asked if it was ready they said not yet, checked back again at about 35 min they said about 5 more minutes. Checked again at 40 minutes and stayed at the counter and the second sandwich was finally ready and they handed me the food. No sorry for the wait, thank you for waiting, nothing. I am happy to see places doing well but for me once you have no concern for customer service you are not an establishment worth frequenting. The only reason I did not give a 1 is because the sandwiches were tasty.

Wow, awesome staff! Beautiful, great layout of store, amazing selection of wine. Love that they have a bistro and deli, too. Staff is very engaging and knowledgeable.

Pretty cool place. Who can argue about a place you can buy you can buy wine, a wide selection of booze, beer, souvenirs and a pretty darn good "cafeteria style" lunch counter. We had brunch stuff. It was a beautiful day, so we sat outside. They have a couple of tables out there. I had an EXECUTIVE CLUB. Triple-decker with oven-roasted turkey, grilled ham, hickory-smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes & mayo served on 7 grain bread. For $11.99. It's a good sandwich. Not too heavy. I enjoyed it. They have a decent menu here, lots of options. I will gladly go here again.

Generally, very good service. Today it was an absolute mess. I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come. I’m not sure I’ll be eating there to find out again anyway.
