Store used to be. 1 I liked But now the new employees have attitudes. And. Are not helpfuk at all.

If you're going to make a purchase you'll likely be satisfied. If you need to pay a bill or wire money? Goodluck. It all depends on how they feel and that's coming from the staff at another location. According to them this location tells their customers they are unable to provide service due to "the system being down". I don't know if it's true or not, but I've been in to wire money on several occasions only to have them tell me that the system is down. The staff is okay. They're not rude, just nonchalant enough to be offensive.

i went to thrifty to pick up a bottle there was one worker cashing checks only. there was a line at the counter to checkout but there wasnt anybody there to check us out i asked the check cashier was there anybody working over here she said yes one moment come to fine out one of the girls was out side smoking when there are people waiting to check out. finally she finished smoking and started to check us out then a guy came and helped her they all were rude 2whites girls one with glasses and a white male....rude rude rude

I was at this store and they charged me twice and tried to convince me that they didn't take the money off my card... The manager Kevin told me to bring credit card statement and yet I have heard nothing! I called the corporate office, the lady said she would look into it and call me back THAT WAS A WEEK AGO!!! I want my money that y'all actually took! Don't go to this one or make sure you check your card statement!
