Reisterstown Wine & Spirits had great customer services, 12 bottles discounted picked out early and they allowed me to label bottles & kept them refrigerated until our party!!! Definitely going back, wine tasting every Saturday 4 to 7pm!

This place has become my favorite liquor store. They often offer free samples of something new, which is nice, but the selection of items here is better. They even sell Barbancourt, a Haitian rum I don't often see in stores. The establishment is clean, the employees helpful, and the one stop shopping can't be beat. There's a full aisle for mixers and plenty of craft beers. It's definitely worth a visit.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are ALWAYS willing to help. Great variety of liquor, wines and beer. They sell gift bags and lottery tickets if you're feeling lucky. Highly recommend. Happy Holidays!

Purchased a bottle of expensive liquor on 8/4. Went today, 8/6, to return it because I purchased the wrong thing. I had the receipt and the bottle was clearly unopened with the seal intact. Manager stated they don't take returns "due to Covid". I explained it was unopened. Manager did not care. I asked to see signs that stated the no return policy. He said there were no signs and it was "the owner's policy". I asked when the owner would be in. He said 3 weeks. Then he went on to say even Lowe's does not take returns due to Covid. Well that is total BS and only goes to show that not only do I feel this business is practicing an unethical no-return policy (since no signs) but also that the employee was lying as I have returned things to Lowe's during the pandemic. There are plenty of fine liquor stores in the area so my suggestion is patronize one that treats their customers good.

I've gone many times, but I never felt like I was appreciated (I buy between 60 and 90 dollars worth of liquor each time) ~ usually, never get a thank you or acknowledgment from one of the owners. Won't be returning. Chartley Liquors instead treats me like they at least like me.
