I don't appreciate this place saying that it was open and I had a package to pick up (they got an Amazon locker) so I get there around 9:20, since it says it opened at 9:00 and it was close so I waited about 40 45 minutes and they never opened and that was only day that I had free and I never got my package

Jersey Mike's served me the absolutely worst, overpriced cheese steak ever. Allow me to break it down: - the roll was stale - the steak-umms were over-cooked - no Cheese Whiz, so I had to settle for provolone - the sweet peppers were tasteless - the menu offered "Philly Cheese Steak", which my server repeatedly called "steak and cheese" - I paid $16 for one "steak and cheese" only, no drink, no chips. - and the worst or perhaps the best, I barfed an hour after eating half the "steak and cheese". Smart stomach have I. Note to Jersey Mike's: stop calling it "Philly Cheese Steak". This mess is a long way from 9th and Wharton.
