Plastering the neighborhood with unsightly signs is a blight. Being rude to your consumer base who asked you to back off is just bad business. Discussions on social media about your annoying practices are damaging your new business. Just dumb. Recommend no one shop here until this practice stops!

Zero customer service. As we walked into the store there cashier never looked up from his phone. No big deal probably watching sports or something important... After I watched him remove his ear buds I spoke and said " hey how are you today" no response. My wife thinking maybe he was hard of hearing spoke up and said "hello" still nothing. Not a head nod, grunt, not a peep. So we took the hint that he was obviously too busy to be bothered by trivial things like work, so we left in search of friendlier waters. To the owner: review your cameras and take the appropriate action. I don't care if you are having a bad day. You don't have to be genuine or sincere , but this is part of your job. I won't be back as long as I see his scowl behind the counter. There is another right down the street!!

Absolutely nothing is priced! You are supposed to guess how much a 6 pack of over priced beer is. It would be helpful to at least have a price key taped to the wall or maybe actually price items old school with a price gun like many beer and wine stores do. If a couple people are in line and you want to get a price on a bottle of wine for example... Wait your turn so it can be scanned and you can get a price. I am not on an unlimited budget so the difference between a $18 six pack of beer and a $9 six pack matters....especially if only one person is working in the store and others are behind me.

Small place. Limited selection. I have been there 4 times at least and there has been 3 different people behind the register. None of them were friendly accept the lady who literally followed us (husbsnd and I) around the tiny store until we purchased our wine. That was last night. We won't be back.

Good wine store. Kind of small. Despite the size of the store they have everything one needs for the quick pretty good quality wine. Certainly not the selection of the not too far away Montgomery County liquor store on Darnestown Rd, but this place is pretty convenient given the proximity to the hipster Whole Foods.
