If I could give zero stars I would. My mother walked into the store to ask the tall man at the front desk if possible to help her find a white Italian wine because she doesn't know anything about wine. She needed help looking for a specific wine for me. She showed him a picture. She had it ready on her phone and kindly asked him if she could get his help on finding this wine in the store. He responded very sarcastically that the whole store was full of white wine with his arms wide open, unwilling to help, or even to just tell her that he was unavailable to help in the moment. The reason she asked him was because she needed help but also because there was only two other customers in the store and he was just standing there. So, she went to look around the store and as soon as she turned her back, he began talking about her/complaining with a customer that was paying for his wine. How immature and unprofessional. This is when my mother approached him "why are you talking about me with a customer?" and he told her "I'm not going to argue with you. Bye have a nice day." First of all, he was BRASH/RUDE from the very beginning. My mother felt mistreated and was only standing up for herself due to this mistreatment. My father has also stopped coming here due to this same man being extremely rude. We will never recommend nor come here again. Don't ask for help here because you won't get any.
