The selection is just incredible at Kappys. It really is a Boston staple of a business. They also price matched, and beat total wine's price. The customer service is above and beyond- offering to transfer products to a location closer to my house.

The floor staff was attentive to my look of confusion. It has been a long while since I was in here. I was seeing drinks and creative containers that I had never noticed or heard of. The register clerk was knowledgeable and pleasant with her upselling skills.

I have no issue with the service, selection and prices, but they never went back to regular hours after the lockdown and that’s lousy. I’ve shopped there for years and Kappy’s hours were week nights till 10:00… Thu-Sat till 11:00 and Sunday til 7:00. Maybe these aren’t the busiest times although I’ve seen it busy after 9:00 months the weekends but what about your customers convenience? It seems it doesn’t matter anymore and Kappy’s isn’t the only one to do this. Customer service doesn’t mean anything anymore… since the quarantine these stores act as if WE are lucky they are there at all! Shame on all of you!

They always have what I'm looking for. ALWAYS And although the staff is pretty busy I can usually find someone to help me find what I'm looking for.

Always great friendly service. Lots of employees to help you in any aisle of the large building! They have given great recommendations for all kinds of alcohol items. Cider, wine, champagne, specialty liquors for all occasions. Tasty stuff!
