Great selection of wine and scotch. Allows for single beers. Friendly staff, but outdated POS (no digital payment options like Apple or Google Pay) really cramped at the register as well.

Oenophiles look no further. While I believe this place is no longer a hidden gem, you need to invest your time here for carefully selected drops and lots of great stories. My new go to anytime I am in Boston now.

Came in looking for cooking sherry for a French onion soup. The gentlemen behind the counter explained the different varieties of Sherry, and helped me select a really fantastic sherry that produced a top-tier soup. Boutique service at a very reasonable price, these guys just try harder than other shops and they've earned my loyalty as a customer.

I bookmarked this place before our Boston trip to be sure we'd have a bottle shop on our itinerary to pick up host gifts for our lovely friends. This place was a WHOLE experience. There is plenty of booze to choose from, and don't be fooled by the perceived tiny space, THERE IS A WHOLE basement full of wine as well. It kind of feels like you are in the stockroom when you are shopping downstairs. The staff were quick to say hello and offer assistance. Great selection and experience.
