I never had a problem with Total Wine until the last time. I ordered 2,6 packs of hard cider. The shopper said he replaced 1 that was out of stock. He then delivered to me,1 case of Sam Adam's non alcohol beer. (Taste like used toilet water) The receipt indicated I was given something Totally different. I paid $9.99, tax, fees, and tip for an awful experience.

So my family thought it was a great idea to send the non-drinker to get drinks but thankfully Teddy made my first time experience here amazing. I absolutely LOVED his insights and genuine honesty on choices. If you do decide to visit this location ask for Teddy. You will not be disappointed. They have a large amount of choices for both spirits and wines. Highly recommend a visit.

The selection of wines 🍷 is vast. I was amazed at how many types of wine there are. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. They have every type of alcohol you want. The prices are very affordable.

Friendly staff, great rewards program, consistent stock, and great hours. Awesome store for sure. Love my fast and easy trips here. Iā€™m not one who likes to linger or explore much so Total Wine having my usual spirits at the convenience and same locations each time is ideal. Thanks!
