Out of Tito/Lemonade at trailer. Went inside to order, drinks were watery. Ordered cauliflower wings that were so spicy after 1 bite we sent them back. Ordered baked brie with walnuts and honey. Walnuts were burnt and brie wasn't melted. Sent it back to rewarm and the brie was still not melted all the way and walnuts still burnt.

Great overall experience here!! Our drink master was outstanding and was very friendly. He knew a lot about the drinks on the menu. Watching him make the drinks is truly a form of art. Both the hand made drinks and the pre mixed drinks of the taps were outstanding. We definitely have already been talking about going back.

This place is one of the best all around distillery experiences I have ever had. Ashley was a great bartender /mixologist. She mixed fantastic beverages and was very knowledgable about the products. Here we go with the drinks and food. Absinthe- a smell of a lime with a hint of anise with a taste of licorice and pepper Nocino- Clove cinnamon, gingerbread smell with a buttery clove, cinnamon with a hint of orange. Bourbon- smell of vanilla and butter and tastes buttery carmel on the front end and peppery on the back end. Drunken Dubliner burger- One of the best I have ever had with fresh cut fries. If you like the little crispies, you need to try these. Makati sling- fantastic! A simple gin drink with complex flavors. Here comes the sun- made with Michigin, so good. Last dance- a very mild non descript smell with a tart Manhattan taste. I honestly like it better than a Manhattan, because it's not so overpowering sweet. Polish falcon-tastes like the best lime aid ever with a ginger kick. We will definitely need to come back to try other cocktails and take home a bottle of their line up.

Went there on new years eve. And they weren't as busy as my group thought they would be. That being said, service was extremely slow. Once we got our initial drink order (delicious by the way) we waited forever to get our food ordered then actually get our food. Once we finally got it, it was...warm-ish...and whoever was in the kitchen had the supplies for a good sandwich but didn't know how to assemble it so the bottom bun was soggy for both the fishwich and hot chicken sandwich becausethe slaw was put underthe meat. For the price I probably won't go back to eat. If I want a spot to grab a drink with someone and maybe nibble at an appetizer before a movie or something, I'll probably be back. The warm drink was really something though, with the atmosphere I would definitely get it again. It was a gingerbread butter drink.

What a great environment. Staff and patrons were very friendly. Cocktails were AMAZING and enjoyed food as well. Next trip in town, we will definitely stop in.
