Ha I love this place. Always friendly people working, prices are great, selection and people are the bees' knees. Haven't been to Total Wine since I found Top10.

Started shopping here a couple months ago. People were friendly and pleasant to deal with. They said corporate decided to pull the plug on O'Doul's NA in cans in 12 packs. Then they ran out of Bud Zero and said it would be in on the next order. Waited a week, no Zero. Said it would be next week. Again no Zero. So I talked to a manager and he said it was corporate. I know the store orders their own inventory. They still get O'Doul's in bottles in 6 packs for $10. I asked him why since they quit ordering O'Doul's because it was not a good seller. He said corporate. I told him I could not believe he was a manager. I told him he is not responsible for anything, it is all up to corporate. He told me I was not welcome in their store anymore. I told him I can shop wherever I want...but I know I will never go back. Looks like another loss for corporate, because I was buying four 12 packs a week. Now they will get no orders from me. Corporate, do something about your snot-nosed manager who is very unpleasant to say the least.

Was looking for some beer from a local brewery and the staff reached out to the brewer and had it in stock later that day. They called me and let me know that they had it. Always awesome, helpful, and friendly staff that goes out of their way to help.

Nice store, good selection but don’t question the cashier about the price you are charged. I asked the cashier a legitimate question about the price I was being charged and the alleged $5 discount I got for being a member. There was no discount, she was gaslighting me and I called her on it. In return a got a disrespectful bye bye when I was about twenty feet from her register. It won’t happen again…. She could have just let me walk out and things would have been cool but she had to get the final dig in and now you’ve lost a customer.
