This was my first visit to a Total Wine store and it was fantastic! The store itself was huge with a vast assortment of any alcohol you could want and impeccably clean. Everyone there - patrons and staff alike - were courteous and friendly. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially Randy who went above and beyond to help me find various items throughout the store. Everyone I came upon, from customer service to the cashiers, were exemplary and I would happily shop here again.

It's fine if you like mostly private label alcohol. You never really know what you are buying. Wines from Italy are not the same wines that you can buy elsewhere. Find a local store that carries smaller wineries or distilleries and enjoy the robust flavors.

I'm like a kid in a candy store at this place. Most of the staff is courteous and helpful. Extensive variety at very good prices on liquor. Surprisingly, the beer prices are about as high as our small town off sale.

My husband and I love to make a once or twice trip to Bloomington, MN every year and grab a couple carts full of our favorites! We live in a small town in North Dakota and find that the prices at total wine and more are better than where we are and the surrounding cities.. Great prices, excellent service! We have been going here for the last 8 years ,finally 3 years ago we decided to get the app so we can have at least one cart ready when we get there! Keep up the great work!!! We have told all our friends and lots of people we have met along the way that you all are number one!!!! Thank you!

I have very little experience with wine, so going here makes it really easy to find what I will like. The knowledgeable staff makes it easy, if they weren’t there, it would be difficult because of all the options. I’ve found that i like wines that pair well with spicy food, and thanks to the staff, i can feel confident choosing wine for my taste.
