Sold me expired beer, I asked for a refund. Was given rub around. Over the phone. Refused to refund me in person twice. Shady as he'll. Go to New Hope liquor or Gee will liquor instead. And the rude cashier was extremely nasty. And ugly too.

Been there several times before never had any issues. Go there to make an inexpensive purchase and was told I need to buy 2 items out of that cooler? The customer makes the decision what they want to buy. I went 1/4 mile up the road to their competitor.

Came to this location used my debit card. A total of $55 was taken from my card. I went back to the store and was told it never happened before. My text alert says they money was taken by liquor barrel. I didn't get any help. Which led me to file a police report and a report with the BBB. Also had to dispute it with my ban. I will NEVER shop here EVER!

Very rude customer service and cashier. Asked Iain M for wine assistance and he was not professional. He sound irritated because he had to show me the wine isle for the wine I wanted. At check out he throw the merchant copy and the pen on the counter for me to sign and didn't say anything at all. He was not friendly nor nice. I will not go back to this place.
