Great prices, had everything I wanted, but its hard to find things in the store. If you asked a staff person you got it, they came so close to great service them kinda dropped the ball. Staff seemed to avoid you, a man in white shirt I assumed was management appeared to walk away after he had helped me twice, was supper friendly when I asked about product, until I asked to order some them told just come back. I dropped over 300 in a 15 min visit, a simple thanks for shopping by any of the staff would take just the little needed more for 5 stars. Ill be back ane recommend them for price and variety, and really close to great service

Best prices in the metro area. I just wish they would have more cashiers or have cashiers that aren't so incredibly slow. The last three or four times I have shopped here, I genuinely could not tell if my cashier was brand new to the job or disabled mentally. they literally took 5-10 seconds to process my words and then another 5-10 to respond. That may not sound like much, but when you're buying three 6-packs, a handle, and a mixer, spending nearly three minutes while your cashier scans the packaging, it feels like eternity. I felt like I was talking to an AI nearly every time I've been here. These people, I believe, are not disabled, they're just really, really slow. This store has any liquor you could want, just expect to spend like 10 minutes in line, even if you're first in the checkout.

Your standard Total Wine. For those not familiar with TW, it’s one of the best places to buy alcohol in the Twin Cities Metro. “it’s just a liquor store, they’re all the same” you say. Yes and No. what sets TW apart are their employees. Not just helpful, but also very knowledgeable. They can make excellent recommendations for any wine, beer or spirit you may need (or didn’t know you needed until it was suggested!). Employees: A Selection: A Parking: A (free lot)

This is my favorite place to buy alcohol because of such a large selection, knowledgeable staff and their tastings of wines and spirits. Even though it gets busy, the front end does a great job of getting folks checked out pretty quickly. I've never waited in line for more than a few minutes.
