A sales person in this store shows poor customer service skills. He selectively checks customers ID’s.When asked for reasons why some customers have their ID’s checked and others don’t,he is not able to provide logical reasons.A sales person’s reasons sound like they are based on his personal preferences. A note to the owner - please train your staff regularly, supervise those who are new in your bussiness.Make sure every member of your staff treats customers equally.

Always nice discounts on drinks you actually drink. Deep selection of beer, liqour, and wine. Super helpful staff. I consider Arbor Pointe to be The Standard against what I judge all other local liquor stores. Clean, quick, and always friendly. E-mail specials and promotions with great personal touches and connection to local events and happenings. Highly recommended.

Spend your money elsewhere!! The place is so cramped up they have display sticking out in the aisles and if you break a bottle, they will charge you full pricing EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FAULT!!!! I'm handicapped with one eye and in the process of attempting to social distance, I bumped the top box off the stack of three. I caught the top box with two bottles of wine in it and nothing broke, however the middle case FELL over sideways in the other direction. When one of the bottles of wine in the second box slipped out (because of being not full it was off balance) and broke, I got charged full price for it. I will definitely be filling an ADA complaint against this business.
