Everyone in the store has very good customer service and they are very respectful

Great customer service every time and friendly employees. If you are looking for a particular item ask them and they may have it. Reasonable prices too.

Stopped by to grab some beverages for myself and a friend and Amber took the time to see what it was I was doing and why.

I was surprised to see all of the positive reviews honestly. There is an African American guy that is always so rude to me. About 2 years ago I went in and when he asked for my ID, I didnt hear him. I politely asked him to repeat himself. He yelled "You heard what I said." I shouted some expletives and left what would have been my purchase there, and stormed out. I do not tolerate disrespect. Typically I do not support businesses if I've had a bad customer service experience. I live within walking distance to this place and have gone out of my way to purchase my spirits at other stores. Today I decided to drop my 2 year grudge and went back in for a bottle of wine. The same guy rang me up. He was rude and dismissive. He didn't greet me and was holding a full blown conversation with the on duty officer on duty. He made me feel so small and insignificant. He never Ask for my driver's license even though the cop was right there. He did not say thank you after my purchase, as a matter of fact he turned his back on me after I paid… I won't give them another chance.

I love the barrel I go there when I need to buy Ciroc although they only have 750 and no higher then that wish they would invest in the half gallon of Ciroc so I don't have to buy 2 bottles!
