Loved the fm symphony and the looney tunes concert and the beverage creative menu. Looney tunes lemonade was fabulous

Kicked my non binary friend out of EACH bathroom while they were trying to console and protect our overly drunk friend who was unable to walk or talk. Have all evidence on video. Management on staff was an absolute joke. Can’t wait for them to actually hire competent workers like the rest of their team. Will be letting everybody I know who frequents this place to look elsewhere

Always love to stop by Proof for a craft cocktail and a bit to eat. Celebrated my birthday with a classic Moscow Mule and an order of their Patatas Bravas poutine style. Services was friendly and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting!

The variety of drinks that they offer with only gun and vodka are amazing. I haven't had one that I don't like, and I have 5 that I go to regularly when I'm there. The bartenders are awesome, putting on a show of their own with how fast they work and the environment is comfortable. Strongly recommend to locals and visitors alike.

The waitress was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the food special was sub-par. I had the salmon special and it was definitely overloaded on sugar and super dry... bummer. On a good note, our drinks were mixed very well + delicious + reasonably priced
