Awesome place. Got off work late Christmas Eve; I was tired as hell and hugely bummed because every place I knew of was closed for Christmas Eve. I wanted to bring wine as a gift for the holidays and didn't think I'd find a place that was open. These guys were open, their selection is great, customer service fantastic; they were very friendly and very helpful.

Large variety of locally owned beers and spirits. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Good prices and large selection. Customer service is good from what I’ve saw whenever I’ve visited, I bought a pack of Cutwatwers that I didn’t end up caring for, and the woman let me grab whatever I wanted to exchange it with within the price range. Super friendly gal! Will be coming back whenever I’m down in the Stillwater area.

Wanting to get all my errands done before heading back home to Minneapolis, I stopped at the Cellars. While they have curated a great selection of wines, the customer service was bad. There was no offer to help select a wine, put my purchase in bags, with no offer of box or help to my car, only to offhandedly say that I can take the cart out which isn't easy to navigate through the narrow doors. I know it's hot this week, but this was really poor service. the phone screen was more important than customers this afternoon. I guess the next time I'll save my $60 to spend at my local store.

After speaking with a weekday "manager" here I had to change my review form 5 stars to 1 star. This manager seems to have no care in the world about helping customers and is full of lies and excuses. A real disappointment. After a decade of being a Cellars customer across several Twin Cites stores, we will never be shopping here again. Old review: We've been stopping in on Saturday mornings for the last few week. They have a nice selection of craft beer including some we have not seen at other stores. The gentleman working has always been friendly and helpful.
