Enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The brisket, whether it was in a taco or just the platter was super tasty. The bark that is created on the outside of the brisket is on point. Along with dinner we sampled a couple bourbon based drinks, the Old Fashion and the Earl Grey. Both were tasty but the Grey was my favorite. It infused Earl Grey Tea with Fernweh Strait Bourbon along with Lavender Bitters. Great drink.

Tried this restaurant for the first time with our group of 5 people. Reservations recommended. Pleasantly surprised! Friendly greeting from the hostess. Helpful, responsive and friendly waitress. Delicious entrees, sandwiches, burgers, sides, and salads —everything we tried was wonderful. Awesome seasonal cocktails — my favorites were the ‘Fall Margarita’, ‘Yuletide’, & ‘Maple Pecan Old Fashioned’ (sampled a little of each). 😁 Pleasant and warm atmosphere located in historic downtown Hermann. Street parking only.

Decided to try this place out on New Year’s Eve and avoid some of the more bar and grill type options in the downtown area. I really appreciate the attention in decor. It really had an upscale Feel and I appreciate the investment. Our party of four got a variety of things one person really enjoyed the fish and chips, and someone else was particularly happy with the brisket mac & cheese. Drink options were nice, however I really would’ve liked to of had a bit better beer selection. Even if they would’ve been more upscale to match some of the premium drinks I wouldn’t have minded. It was somewhat disappointing that the most exotic beer was Elysian. Our server was pleasant and quite attentive. I think her name was Heather, and she did a nice job. I appreciate the cute decor for New Year’s Eve, and the food was served quite promptly. I would definitely go back again.

The food was great. Spin dip, salad, pork sandwich were exceptional. We didn’t order a second round of drinks. Wait staff pleasant. Kitchen a little slow.

We tried the maple pecan old fashioned and were surprised at its flavor. Perfect. We paired with the shareable grilled brisket and cheese to cap the day. Highly recommend you get a slice of carrot cake too. Its moist, spicy, and melts in your mouth. We visited just before Halloween and this woman was the bartender. When she popped up from behind the bar, I was surprised to say the least. She’s very good at what she does and friendly too.
