We went in on Thursday afternoon and we had a very helpful associate who went out of her way to assist us. She had to contact the manager as we were making a very sizable purchase. On Friday we returned to purchase cigarettes and were told by a different associate that we would need the Manager to come due to the number of cigarettes we were getting. But that she did not know when the manager would return and didn't offer to contact him or anything along those lines. Saturday morning we called and asked for them to pull out the requested item and that we would be back later in the afternoon to purchase it. We came in Saturday afternoon to purchase a carton of cigarettes. But when it was range up, it was $10 more than the day before. When we inquired about the price difference the same associate from Friday refused to honor the price that was marked on the Newport cigarettes and told us that the price change had just happened today and there was nothing she could do. But the price per pack was still $5.99 a pack and she refused to honor the price. The sign that she pointed to was the same price as it had been on friday and on saturday. So why would you honor the $5.99 price on Thursday and Friday but not on Saturday?
