PRICE GOUGING BEWARE! was in there recently and they marked up Buffalo Trace 100%. Used to be 33.00 and as of today it's 65.00. Also severely over priced other bottles as well. Certainly will not be going back unless they get to a fair retail cost again.

Great prices and extremely helpful staff. They helped me pick out a fantastic bourbon for my friends and I. The gentleman at the register knew all about the local whiskeys, which was great!

I took a picture of a few bottles because I was excited about some of the selection I saw. I proceeded to get yelled at because there is apparently a no picture taking policy there. I apologized and said I did not know the policy because I am from out of town. From there, I asked if they had suffered from crime in the past, as I was surprised at the thought, but the prickly staff replied, “we have our reasons.” Taken aback by the reply, given the holiday season, I tried to soften the grinch by an open-ended question about his favorite whiskey they had in stock. He replied with obscenities when asked about bourbon. Undeterred, I asked what his preference of liquor was. He replied curtly that he doesn’t drink at all. Not sure how this constitutes as valuable input from staff at a liquor store. But I have a feeling this is the same employee that was reviewed previously as viewing himself as “god’s gift.” Also., here is a picture of what I was excited about. I am fairly certain their “reasons” for no picture taking was the fact that they are severely gouging the public. They say happy holidays. I say 1 star!

Always has what I am looking for to get through the day except for gentian.
